Thanks to the in-game Ticket System, you can submit tickets to our admins when they are offline, using options like in-game issues, account issues, and player reporting. This way, when our admins log in, they will review your ticket and get back to you quickly.
How do I use the in-game Ticket System?
Click the "T" button in the upper left corner, and you'll see the screen below.
- Select the complaint content from the Select Category section.
- Enter your subject title in the Enter Subject field, then enter your complaint text in the Enter Message field. Then, submit your ticket by clicking the "Create & Send" button.
Double-clicking on the ticket you submitted in the Current Tickets section on the right will open a window displaying your message and any responses from the authorized representative.
