Thanks to the Refund Item (PUS Product Return System), you can return items you purchased by mistake through PUS within 30 minutes.
(Defective items purchased through PUS are your responsibility. Do not contact the administrators if the delay exceeds 30 minutes.)
How to use it?
If you purchased an incorrect item through PUS after a purchase (vouchers should not be damaged, and scrolls should not be used at all), you must follow the steps below to return it.
After logging back into PUS, click the Refund Item option shown in the image.
After clicking "Refund Item," you'll see a list of your purchases from the last 30 minutes. In this window, simply click the "Refund" button next to the item you want to return and confirm your return.
The fee for returned PUS items will be credited to your account immediately and without any interruption.
